One day, Homer got a letter in the mail telling him
that he and Allison got a free vacation. "Are you sure this is
real? Are you sure everything will be okay?" Allison was
worried. "It's fine. Nick's a good boy and he knows to hire the
baby sitter while he's at school. Besides, you deserve some time
off!"
As they left, the babysitter came along. He's kind of
cute.
However in their rush to have some time off, they
forgot that Emma's birthday was coming up! Allison called with her
apologizes but Emma said everything was okay. Besides, Nick and Ajax
celebrated with her.
Poor girl, that nose! I swear it's somehow bigger
than Homer's. I'm not sure which is worse, Nick's lips, or Emma's
nose. She aged up with the trait Grumpy. Hmm, maybe she was more
upset about her parent's departure than she thought.
Ajax, of course had his own little birthday.
The next morning, Emma went up to Nicolas. "Hey,
Nick... Okay, get this. Since mom and dad are gone and I'm now a
teenager, we should like, totally have a party." "What?
No." "Oh come on, it'll be fun!"
"First of all, you just had your birthday, you
don't even know any other teens. Secondly, I'm in charge and I am not
having some party with our baby brother in the other room." Emma
scoffed. "Nick! Don't be so boring!" Nick shook his head.
"No. Mom and dad are coming back any day now, maybe even today.
I'm not going to risk it." Emma rolled her eyes and stormed
out of the room.
Allison and Homer came home safely and relaxed before
Emma destroyed the house. They also came home just in time to see
Nicolas and Emma head off to prom. The both got crowned at prom king
and queen and overall had a good time, although Emma got in a fight
with a girl wearing the same dress. Despite that, Emma got to spend
some time with her crush Andrea and Nick saw his own crush, Sally.
Soon it was baby Kenneth's birthday. Unfortunately
Nick and Emma were off at school when he had his birthday party.
I'm unsure where he got his hair color from but you
can see he has his mother's eyes. What a cutie! If it wasn't for his
eyes, I'd wonder if he was switched at birth.
Now that he was a child, Lisa was able to burst forth
as an imaginary friend.
That night, Kenneth just had to tell Nicolas about
Lisa. Emma listened but said nothing about having her own imaginary
friend. She and Ajax had a bit of a falling out. Since then he's been
in his doll form somewhere in the toy box. Besides, Emma had 'real'
friends now. She didn't need him... right?
Kenneth didn't think that at all. In fact he
treasured Lisa more than any other friend he had.
One weekend, Nick decided that he and Emma should
have their friends over. And by friends, I mean crushes.
Nicolas' crush Sally Ponder came over first. She's
pretty.
Later, Andrea Kim came over. Hey! That was the baby
sitter! I guess Emma had that crush for awhile.
Kenneth could care less about his older siblings
friends and decided to work on his painting skill while Lisa watched.
Both teens had great conversations but no one made a
move on anyone.
Pity, since Nicolas seemed to be quite taken with
Sally.
None the less, everyone had a great time.
Nick even picked up the guitar and played for
everyone, even though he had no idea how to play. Everyone seemed to
like him though.
Since Allison was at work. Homer made dinner for
everyone. However he left the dinner table as soon as possible.
"Those brats are messier than the werewolves we had over..."
Now, now Homer, be nice... Eventually the kids left and this gave
Homer time to give Kenneth a little something he had been working on
for awhile.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Okay, I admit I controlled the kids a little. But I
wanted to see what they did with their crushes on their own. Plus I
had to give Kenneth the basics or else he might of been taken away. Oh, and the parents didn't really forget her birthday... I did >.>
shame on me ._.
