Fwoom!

True to his word, Homer began to help around the house. He also began to spend time with his children. Homer played blocks with Nick.

And even taught Emma how to talk. Her first words were "Dirty things, dadda."

However Homer couldn't help but steal some candy from poor Emma. He is still evil after all.

Soon is was Nick's birthday. Look how happy he is.

Tada! Time for age up make-over time.

Handsome boy. Or perhaps I've been looking at Homer's face for too long, but he's still a cutie in my eyes. He aged up to have the Loves the Outdoors trait. Already contradicting his sister and he's barely out of his diapers.

"Hey mom?" "Yes darling?" Allison looked at him over her cake. "Why aren't papa and I all that close?" Allison put down her fork. "Well... papa wasn't always there and wasn't always that supportive. But he's changed now and I'm sure you two will get along just fine." Nick responded to her with a smile.

Later that night he decided to go play with the sprinklers... Over and over and over again. Allison's going to have to lock that gate.

The very next day Nick started school. However he seemed set on glaring at the bus driver the whole way there.

While Nick was at school and Emma was sound asleep in her crib, Allison and Homer decided to have some nice private time. This time it was not in the shower.

The next day Allison found herself with morning sickness. While Allison was happy with her two babies, she welcomed another child. At least this time Homer would truly help her.

That morning Allison was cooking pancakes when she was hit with overwhelming sickness. Nick was in the bathroom so Allison was forced to run outside to vomit. However the pancakes had been left unattended and caught on fire. Allison rushed back inside. "No, no, no! This house is made of wood, it'll go up in smoke!

Allison rushed over to the stove. They had no alarm so the fire fighters weren't alerted and Homer was sound asleep. Acting fast, Allison bravely put out the fire. They were luck that only the stove burned.

When Allison's baby bump finally came, Nick was very curious. "Why is your tummy getting bigger?" Allison smiled. "Because I'm growing a baby inside. See? Feel..." Nick put his hand on her belly. "Wow... That's so cool!"

Soon it was time for Emma's birthday as well. Everyone in the family celebrated, even Nick who was a little too close to his mother's behind.

Aww, she'd be so pretty if it wasn't for her father's nose. I'd let you get a nose job, Emma, but unfortunately that would defeat the purpose of this challenge, now wouldn't it? Especially if you become heir. She grew up to have the Family Oriented trait.

Emma sat down to talk with her father as they ate birthday cake. "So you're a criminal, right? Does that involve a lot of time outside?" Homer hesitated. "Yes, I suppose it does." "Drat... Oh well."

That same day, Emma pulled out Ajax to play with him when he suddenly became real! Well, as real as any being that no one else can see, is.

Emma was such a nice girl that she even helped clean around the house. I wouldn't worry about that dear, because your father has gained a hefty inheritance. Allison was amazed that there was anyone in Homer's family that had still been alive. She was surprised Homer even had a family. She had sort of assumed he had just spawned out of a swamp somewhere.

Homer used the money to add further improvements to the house. The nursery was extended, a bathroom was added to the kids room, a new kitchen set was put in, a desk, computer, radio, guitar, and chemistry set in the study, and a new big television set. He even put up a nicer fence around Allison's garden.

That night the whole family was able to sit down to dinner for once. However Allison heard some sort of commotion outside. She went to investigate and...

She found a stray dog passing away of old age on their lawn.

The Grim Reaper kindly sent the poor dog off to the great beyond before taking his leave.

Emma had wondered what had happened outside. Not wanting to concern Emma, she simply told her it was a raccoon getting in the trash and read her a bed time story.

The next day was Emma's first day of school. Apparently it's family tradition to glare at the bus driver.

While the kids were off at school and Allison was in the garden, she suddenly got a horrible pain. "Oh boy! I almost forgot what this feels like! Homer! Call a taxi!"

  1. This is probably late, yes, but I still want to say that the children still look so beautiful (in an ugly way, of course ^^;).
