Sahan had a little bit of a hard time settling in.
While Pearl loved him there, Alexander and Lilly weren't so happy.
Alexander wasn't so thrilled about Sahan for a few reasons. One was
that he knew what his father had done, as Lilly had told him when he
was old enough. He was afraid that Sahan might do the same. He was
also a little jealous. While Pearl took good care of him, she had
always been a little distant. Lilly wasn't fond of him mostly because
she's Lilly and was afraid he'd be a big mooch. When winter rolled
around, Pearl decorated the house for the holiday season. Including a
bit of mistletoe.
That was Sahan's favorite decoration.
Pearl loved having Sahan around. While he sort of
distracted her from her books, he was good company for when Lilly and
Alex were gone from the house. Plus he was so sweet.
The house looked so pretty all dressed up and while
it was a little strange having snow in Lucky Palms, it really didn't
look that bad. Maybe a little deep though for a desert.
But wait, what's this? A thief!? He's going to freeze
without a jacket! Oh wait... I mean, A thief! Oh no!
Being the light sleeper that she is, Pearl
immediately woke up and called up the police. But she wasn't about to
let that thief get away in the meantime, oh no.
Pearl had the brave trait and she did what brave
people do best. Tackle thieves.
As they fought, Alexander was sound asleep. You'd
think he'd notice a little since they were right beside the bed.
Alex didn't wake up until Pearl was done. "That's
right! That's what you get for coming in to MY house!" "Mom?
What the llama is going on!?"
Alex retreated to a corner in his room while the
police woman came in. Pearl scowled at the thief in disgust. Out of
all the houses, he picked hers? Why couldn't he have gone to Jaycen's
house.
After the woman put the thief in the car and
inspected the house, she went to talk with Pearl. "Well it looks
like he didn't nab anything so that's good. Also, since you did such
a fine job at apprehending the intruder, we're giving you a 400
simoleon reward."
Pearl smiled from ear to ear. "Really!? Wow, I
should catch bad guys more often! This is definitely going towards
Alexander's Snowflake Day present."
The next morning, oblivious towards what happened the
night before, Sahan went out to build a snow man. In the snow. In his
boxers.
Some how he was able to make this cute little guy and
go inside before he froze his butt off. Maybe it's a werewolf thing.
That day the grown ups went to the festival grounds
to partake in some winter fun. Lilly immediately went to grab a snack
while Sahan plopped down to make a snow angel. He's one terrifying
werewolf, I'm tellin' ya.
Pearl decided to brave the snowboard ramp and did
pretty well.
Later, everyone went to try out the ice skating rink.
Pearl was a little advanced so Sahan and Lilly practiced together.
"W-whoa!" "Sahan! Care- OOF!"
"S-sorry..." "Oww... my face..."
Later, nearly everyone at the festival got in to a
snowball fight. That poor girl got pelted with a snowball from Sahan.
I guess he isn't all puppy after all.
Pearl took a break after awhile to warm up with a cup
of hot chocolate. Yum!
Finally when Alex was able to join them, they took a
family portrait.
Alex always needs to be the center of attention,
doesn't he?
That night was the full moon so once the sun went
down, Sahan's werewolf form came out. "Arooo!"
While Pearl and Sahan had some treats, Lilly and Alex
took turns snowboarding.
After their snack, Pearl asked Sahan to help her make
a snowman.
It turned out great but by the time they were done,
Pearl was exhausted.
The following day ended up being a snow day for Alex.
Hurray! When Pearl heard that a talent show was going to be happening
down at one of the dinner's, she decided to have a little family time
with just her and Alex. The place was pretty crowded when they got
there so they had to squeeze in where they could. The first act was a
magician.
Phew, all safe and sound. Looks like neither
snowballs nor swords are going to stop that werewolf.
Next up was a singer and Alex was thrilled. How cool
would it be to sing for a whole bunch of people like that? Even
though he didn't win, Alex thought he was the best act. Pearl noticed
how excited he was and began to form an idea for his Snowflake Day
present.
After that, they enjoyed a nice dinner inside. While
Alex loved the show, the best part of the day was spending it with
his mom. He shared that with her and she promised they'd do it again
some time.
Since Pearl was out with Alexander, Sahan decided to
go to a party he had been invited to by an old friend. This was all
fine and dandy except for one thing. Upon moving in, it was revealed
that Sahan had a romantic interest before Pearl.
Normally I wouldn't be worried but that romantic
interest was there. And she was quite pretty too. I really hope Sahan
is careful with what he does or he may end up right back at his
parents house before too long.
