Children! Children Everywhere!

Now that the holidays were over, Melanie was able to continue finishing up the toddler's skills. However in the midst of teaching Julie how to walk, she was filled with a familiar nausea.

"Ugh... Uh oh... I think our 'present' turned out to be more than I bargained for...."

Alex and Melanie weren't the only ones getting some love. Toby and Belle had taken their relationship to a new level. However, no matter how much they tried, no chimes rang out. Perhaps Toby is too old? Or maybe ghost dogs can't breed... At least the two enjoy each others company.

While out on some sing-o-gram jobs, Alex found himself at the festival grounds. He decided to take a ride on a snowboard before he got his next call. Alex had been working hard between his job and the toddlers so he deserved a bit of a break.

In the middle of the night, Melanie finally received what she had been waiting for, her baby bump. While she was a little nervous, Alex's job had been paying more and more so they were doing much better than they had been when the twins came around.

The following night, Melanie finally finished teaching the toddlers all their skills. So when Alexander came home for the night, she left them in his care while she went to have some R&R down at the spa.

After she was done with her massage, Melanie decided she wanted to build an igloo right outside the spa's doors for some unknown reason. Never question a pregnant lady.

The next day, Alex and Melanie decided to give the dogs some love by playing fetch with them. After all, it was a nice day out, even if it was snowing.

I'm not sure how Belle knows where the stick is, but she retrieved it every time.

Inside the girls were keeping nice and warm while they played with their toys.

Alex's career was really taking off as he got more and more fans. Even snowmen liked him!

Unfortunately while Alex was at his gig, Melanie went in to labor after taking out the trash. "Oof! Belle! Call 911!" Alex got a text during a break in his performance that Melanie had gone in to labor and was at the hospital. He ended his performance early but they wouldn't let him in to the hospital. Weirdos... So he stood outside playing his guitar until Melanie came out with...

A bouncing baby boy named Chace. He received the traits Neurotic and Loner. What is with these neurotic children...?

The day after Chace's birth was the twin's birthdays. Aunt Lilly immediately went to snuggle with her great nephew. However she wasn't courteous enough to change his diaper, which Melanie had to do while Alex got the girls ready for their birthday.

Alex was thrilled that he'd have two less crying babies in the house.

She's a cutie. I just hate that hair color... Ami gained the trait, Loves the Outdoors. Just like her mom!

Melanie had the honor of holding Julie while Alex's step-grandmother complained to one of Melanie's relatives in the background.

It's a female version of Alex! She's cute now but I sort of doubt Alex's looks will look so good on a girl. Julie gained the Hates the Outdoors trait. Whoa, we got a little rebel up in here!

Things were going well for the Diwan family. Life was still chaotic but that chaos had become an every day thing. Alexander got a big break and finally got a chance to perform at the karaoke bar. With this big opportunity, his work experience really started to fly up, as did the money!

Now that the girls were in school and she only had one baby to look after, Melanie was able to start on her new hobby. When they got married, Melanie and Alex received gifts in the mail including this sculpting station. Melanie decided that when she had time, she'd begin sculpting to help add to their income.

One night, a new alien came visiting. Alex was getting ready to go to bed after a late night but decided to properly introduce himself. He invited her inside, not wanting to be rude. Have you forgotten what happened last time you met a new alien, Alex?

"This white substance falling from the sky is amazing. It is so cold but it disappears when it lands on my dermis!" Alex laughed. "It's called snow."

After some talking, Alex offered her one of his albums. You know, to help them with their research. It had nothing to do with earning a few more simoleons... Nope.

Chace and Alexander's birthday fell on the same day. However Alex had a gig to do. So Melanie was going to wait and have a party when he came home. Well apparently that wasn't going to happen as Chace decided to age up without a party. He gained his father's looks like Ami did but had steely gray eyes. I wonder where those came from?

Alex had to stop on his way home to party it up.

After aging up, Piper Sparks, Sahan's old flame, showed up. Ack! Away with you vampire temptress!

A few days later, Love Day came around. Melanie hired a babysitter so the rest of the family could go down to the festival grounds to have some fun. The girls went egg hunting, as did nearly everyone else at the festival at some point or another.

Julie took a break from hunting to boogie down on the dance floor for a while.

Later, Ami decided to tell her sister a scary story. While it wasn't so dramatic in the bright spring day light, the look on her face sure was scary.

Before they left, everyone got together for a nice family picture. Excluding Chace of course, but there will be more time for pictures with him later.

Melanie and Alex were certainly feeling the love when they got home.

I think we all know what that look means.
